About Wodnesdaeg
I am a professional mixologist, and bar tender, I have been in the cocktail industry for a few years, and even managed my own bars in Cambridge and Hitchin. I have previously worked in a few pubs also, so I have an overall knowledge of nearly everything in the business of alcohol, and would like to pass my knowledge on to keen people wanting to either know about the industry or wanting to train up in the industry.

It’s a fun subject, cocktails. You get to learn how to make your very own professional tasting cocktails at the comfort of your home, however to truly learn the masters of mixology you have to be very hands on, you have to make the drinks yourself (and you get to keep them), so it is a very interactive course, there will be some pop quizzes to make sure you can remember the recipes without having the ingredients in front, however the majority is practical learning.
