We are in a good mood when we feel good in our bodies. This is the feeling I have since my discovery of Vinyasa Yoga, this learning of attention, concentration and mental peace. An artist on stage is like a bird out of his cage. Yoga, one is present on every move, keeping an ever greater concentration on breathing YOGA IS A PHILOSOPHY OF LIFE, ONE LANE OF PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT.
