About Andy
Experience and education
I have a Bachelor of Science in Development, a Master of Science in Environmental Science, as well as a TEFL certification.
I've been teaching for over ten years. I have taught technical skills and health and safety courses to adults in the civil engineering sector. I have also taught sexual health and life skills to young people at council youth clubs.
More recently I have taught primary school children at the Singapore Helm Institute for Education.
I train people in interview skills and also teach online via Skype.
I have taught all levels and ages, from beginners and young learners to advanced and adult learners.

I am a mature native English speaker from near London, England. I have a BSc in Development Studies, an MSc in Environmental Science and a TEFL certificate. I teach English online via Skype and Google Docs.
I teach English to all levels from beginner to advanced. Lessons are planned around each student's needs. Students can define what and how they learn.
I am a relaxed calm tutor that likes to encourage the student, give them confidence, and above all, have some fun.
For formal lessons, I like to use "The New English File" series of books. I also like to use "Jolly Phonics" teaching materials for young or elementary learners.
