About Dan
I'm Dan, a professional enterprise software developer from the UK. I have 8 years of professional experience with C# and SQL over various desktop and mobile projects, as well as experience with C++, Python, Javascript and R. I taught myself using the internet and books and had to go through a lot of poor quality resources before I found my footing. I'd like to help other aspiring developers get a foot in the door without having to rely on poorly implemented, poorly explained 'half' tutorials that rely on external libraries to get the job done.

I taught myself programming using the internet and books and now I work as a salaried enterprise software developer for a large UK company.
If you'd like to learn about enterprise software, what its like to be a 'professional' developer, programming best practices, what to expect during interviews or anything else, I'll be happy to help.
If instead you'd like help learning how to write C# code, we can walk through several projects designed around topics that are interesting to you. We will discuss project structure, code editors, version control, good (and bad) practises, space and time profiling and more.
I'm happy to accomodate both shorter and longer lessons as required.
