About Osric
I am a dedicated ESL tutor with 6 years of experience teaching High School and College students. I have taught approximately 150–200 students and helped them improve academically, develop effective communication skills, and build confidence in English.
One of the most rewarding milestones in my career has been supporting students who initially struggled with English to achieve strong academic results, participate actively in class, and communicate effectively in writing and speaking. Witnessing these successes is what drives my passion for teaching.
My teaching approach is clear, structured, and student-centred. I break down grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and speaking into manageable steps, and I provide practical exercises and real-life examples. I adapt lessons to suit each student’s learning style, pace, and goals.
I foster a supportive and motivating learning environment where students feel safe to ask questions, make mistakes, and take risks in using English. I emphasise effort, consistency, and growth while celebrating every achievement.
Teaching ESL is more than a career for me—it is a way to empower students for long-term success. My goal is to help learners achieve academic excellence, communicate confidently, and enjoy the process of learning English.
