About Deepak
I have been a professional musician for over ten years, both teaching and performing. Started with playing in rock bands and then being a session musician/studio recording artist for the Bollywood industry/Jingle industry. For the last 4 years, I have completely devoted myself to the study of the flamenco guitar and the Flamenco tradition (dance and singing). I studied in Spain privately with master Amir John Haddad in 2017. Worked extensively with FlamencoKatha (NCPA, Royal Opera House, etc.) Duo or trio with International jazz musicians. I returned to Spain in 2019 - 2020 for over a year to study in depth.

Principle based approach to Technique, Rhythm and Musicality.
I prefer teaching in a step by step manner of small blocks, isolating technique(left hand/right hand), rhythm and theory and then joining it all together for an integrated understanding of the art form.
I prefer focusing on basics rather than tricks or shortcuts.
I believe in transmitting the information as an wholesome experience rather than a one-dimensional intellectual learning.
