About Jordan
My musical journey kicked off at 15, a late bloomer by some standards, but I caught up fast, teaching guitar just six months in to pay for my own lessons. My passion for music took me from learning the blues with Matt Kelley, an award-winning guitarist, to jazz sessions with Jon Epley, a master in his field. This diverse training set the stage for my emergence on the Washington DC scene, playing R&B and eventually touring with Ginuwine.
Moving to Denver, I pivoted towards audio production with "Groove Mountains Studios," while also diving into the local music scene. Here, I've carved out a niche as a jazz and funk bassist, influenced by my studies with the legendary Shaun Monday. Now, I'm touring with the Black Hole Boogie Band, leading one of Denver's biggest jams, and collaborating with well-known local bands.
Blending experiences and insights, I developed the "Musician Manual" Journaling system, a tool aimed at helping musicians grow quickly, leveraging my unique path to help others accelerate their musical journey.
