A resourceful and proactive HR professional with almost 10 years of experience in HR and Administration and a overall 12 years of extensive experience with key focus on man management, strategic planning, resource management, Human Resource handling, Training & development, mass recruitment with performance appraisal and with a knowledge of construction, manufacturing, automobile and hospitality industry.
✓ Currently heading the HR department of One Auto Pvt Ltd having a turnover of 300Crore.
✓ Headed the HR department of entire Hotels and Entertainments Division of the Rose Valley Group of Companies and looked after the HR management of 17 properties.
✓ Worked with New Kenilworth Hotel for almost 2 years as an Assistant Manager – HR and looked after their 101 room property in Kolkata.
✓ Had an experience of working with a manufacturing company having turnover of Rs. 100 crore for continuously 2.5 years and handled successfully the intellectual properties of the company as well as the HR activities.
✓ Well versed with site HR and administration and labour laws as worked with a construction company and posted at Ambala, Punjab for Two year. Handled contract labours and site recruitment and administration.
✓ Started career with a job consultancy and have knowledge of working with job portals and head hunting. Well versed with liasioning with Govt officials, inspectors and police as well.
✓ Having an exposure of working into the domains of various industries and gathered the experience of the trend of recruitment, attrition rates, retention policies and HR policies as well.
