About Kesia
Im experienced in competing and coaching kickboxing, boxing, Muaythai, self defence, and general strength and fitness.
I am 4x world champion, 1x European, and 5x British champion, and have also been selected to represent team GB on multiple occasions globally.
I love to teach and pass on my knowledge

I obtained an Alevel grade B for Physical Education.
I have been coaching for 7 years, and have experience coaching both 1-1 sessions and group sessions.
I am a fun, young coach with great ideas and training techniques and can cater to suit any individual needs. I just enjoy passing on my knowledge, and helping people build confidence in their ability to defend themselves, and to introduce to them the benefits that sport has both physically and mentally!
I do lessons for all ages from 4 years old up, and for any fitness or ability level! I also have experience in coaching people with both physical and cognitive disabilities.
