I took a heels and stretch class from Jan and I thoroughly enjoyed her classes! I definitely feel more comfortable in my body and feel like even walking in heels is much easier! I used to terrible at walking in heels! I also loved the stretch class I feel much looser and relaxed.
Janice is a trustworthy tutor, she breaks each move down and makes it simple and interesting for students to learn.
