Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering and Master in Technology from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India- Product domains include fused quartz products, ferrite core memories for computers, process controllers, data acquisition systems, control products and systems, power electronics controllers, polyester fibres, textiles (spinning, weaving, and processing). Managerial experience include Product Development, Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Quality Management, Project Management, and Process Management. Professional experience include working in large Industrial Houses such as Kirloskars, and Cromptons, and large Public sector undertakings such as Electronics Corporation of India and Keltron. Overseas experience includes as a Consultant, successfully steered a textile processing industry-Century Polyester Ltd., in NIGERIA towards QMS certification. Have operational experience as a Consultant both in Nigeria (during 1995-2000), and in India (since year 2000) in more than 65 companies. Have more than 20,000 hours of Consultancy to my credit- Industrial sectors covered- Electrical, Electronics, Process, Textile, educational institutions, IT industries, Chemicals, service sectors and food industries both in India and Nigeria.
Communication & Public Speaking skills include Communicating Skills- ORAL-Effective in one-to-one, group, and public-speaking. Conducted awareness and training programs in many companies on Management systems designing and implementation, TQM, and Internal Auditing. Leadership skills include Leadership development, executive coaching, team building, career management. Diagnostic and consultative skills. - for both technical and commercial processes.
