About Serena
I am a professionally working Musical Theatre performer. I have been performing for over 13 years now and have lots of experience teaching children, both through directing productions and through tutoring private singing lessons, music theory lessons and a multitude of other subjects.

I teach the Estille method of voice which places a large focus on the mechanical workings of the vocal chords and lungs. I also teach my students pieces of technique from other vocal practices. I am a firm believer in teaching correct vocal technique from a very early age. As for music theory, I try to maintain simplicity in my teaching and aim to provide students with an understanding of music theory through both written theory and through aural examples.
