About Santiago
I am a professional musician graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana with an emphasis in Sound Engineering and Electric Bass. I have played live in different projects around Bogotá and other cities in Colombia. I have experience interpreting genres such as Blues, Rock, Jazz, Traditional Music from the Colombian Pacific, Salsa and Latin American Folklore.
I have worked as a private music teacher specializing in guitar, piano and electric bass performance. My classes consist of a mix of instrument technique, repertoire (whatever the student wants to play), and a bit of music theory.
Additionally, I am an audio producer and have worked as a producer, co-producer and mixing engineer on projects such as D'Rochelazz, Locco Inc and Catasounds.

Hello. My name is Santiago Camacho Hoyos, a professional musician and private teacher with 5 years of experience. I am currently based in Bogotá, Colombia.
I have given private lessons to people between 4 and 70 years old. I use a dynamic and flexible method where we work on what the student wants to play and we go at the pace that the student prefers. Classes can be either presential or virtual.
