About Natalya
I am a professional artist and art teacher with a background in painting and more than 8 years of teaching experience. Art has always been an important part of my life, and I enjoy exploring different techniques and ways of expressing ideas through painting.
I discovered that teaching came naturally to me during my teaching practice at art college. I found it easy to connect with students, and I genuinely enjoy seeing the moment when they realize what they are capable of creating. I love helping people turn their ideas into art and giving them the skills and confidence to bring those ideas to life.

My approach to teaching is personal and flexible. I adapt each lesson to the student’s goals, interests and current skill level rather than following a one-size-fits-all program.
I work with oil, acrylic, watercolor, pastel and other media, depending on the student’s interests and goals. Lessons can focus on painting techniques, color, composition, light and shadow, or simply on developing the skills needed to create a particular artwork.
For adults and teenagers, lessons are usually 2–3 hours, which allows enough time to work deeply on a painting without rushing. For children, lessons are typically 1 hour and are adapted to their age and attention span.
I have more than 8 years of experience teaching art and have worked with students of different ages and levels, from complete beginners to more experienced artists.
I also enjoy helping students bring their own ideas to life. If you have an image or concept in mind but don’t yet have the skills to create it yourself, we can develop the idea together, make sketches and work step by step towards the finished artwork.
My goal is not only to teach technique, but also to help students become more confident in expressing their own ideas through art.
