About Richard
I have been a professional (PhD-level) research scientist in the field of molecular genetics for the past 8 years. During this time I have mentored over a dozen students and technicians in molecular biology techniques and theories, several of whom went on to win awards for their work.

This is best achieved through targeted conversation wherein I can develop an understanding of the student's background so as to better relate analogies for more comprehensive understanding.
