About Mariel
I’m Mariel Nelson, a vocalist and vocal coach, passionate about helping singers discover their authentic voice while enjoying the process of making music. As a performer, I’ve had the privilege of sharing my voice in live events, studio recordings and diverse musical settings, which has shaped my approach to teaching: expressive, practical, and rooted in real performance experience. My lessons focus on vocal technique, breath control, tone development, interpretation, and performance confidence, blending styles like pop, jazz, and contemporary music. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to refine your skills, I create a supportive space where you can grow at your own pace and unlock your unique sound.
