About Reese
My teaching methodology for violin is built on Flexibility, Communication, Motivation, Accountability, and Creativity, ensuring that each student receives lessons tailored to their individual goals and learning style. I encourage students to explore different genres, experiment with improvisation, and express themselves confidently through music. In addition to violin, I provide guidance in related areas like music theory, rhythm exercises, and performance techniques, creating a holistic learning experience that develops well-rounded and confident musicians.

I am a dedicated Violin tutor with 5 years of teaching experience, having successfully guided 300-350 students of all levels, from beginners to advanced players. My approach focuses on building a strong technical foundation while nurturing each student’s individual musical expression. I believe that every student has a unique style, and my goal is to help them develop confidence and skill while enjoying the learning process.
In my lessons, I emphasize proper posture, bowing technique, finger placement, and ear training, ensuring that students gain precision and control over their instrument. I incorporate a mix of classical repertoire and modern pieces to make learning engaging and relevant, while also encouraging improvisation and creative exploration.
My teaching methodology is centered around patience, communication, and motivation. I provide structured, goal-oriented lessons while remaining flexible to each student’s pace and interests. Beyond violin, I also integrate music theory and sight-reading exercises to create well-rounded musicians.
