About Abigail
I am a professional singing teacher with 6 years of experience teaching vocal technique and improvisation. I earned a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance with a focus on Lieder and Art Song. This background supports healthy and expressive singing. My focus is jazz and blues vocal improvisation. I help singers feel confident creating music in real time. Scat singing is taught patiently and clearly. Students learn how to build melodic ideas. Melodic embellishment is explored through guided practice. I teach how to add expression with control.
