• 1) What age did you start playing sport? Tell us about this time or moment in your life.

  I started playing Tennis when I was 12 years old, I remember my first tennis lesson after school which my dad took me to and I fell in love with this sport as it offered me challenges but at the same time whenever I hit the ball clean, I loved that feeling.

• 2) What are your favourite sports; those that you practice at a high level, a simple hobby, and a sport that you'd still like to discover?

  I love Tennis from any physical activity I do, I have been coaching tennis for many years now, hence I have recently learned to swim, currently I am trying to improve my freestyle strokes.

• 3) What gives you the motivation and passion to pursue your sport?

  I loved playing tennis and the happiness I feel after a tennis session. Now, as a Tennis Coach, I gain satisfaction from seeing my students progress and develop well-rounded game which they can enjoy.

• 4) Do you have a sporting achievement that you're particularly proud of?

  My first college tournament which I won, Tennis was competitive at my college and I have never won a tournament in any sports. Winning my first tournament was the most special feeling I had.

• 5) How have your achievements and challenges made you a better sportsperson?

  I believe in is "Continuous Improvement" I always did that as a player and I do this as a coach. I never like to settle down with what I can but always like to push for better. I really believe in "Reward is the Journey, not the Destination."

• 6) If you had to go for a jog with a famous athlete, who would you choose? And what questions would you ask them?

  Federer, Hands down! He is my favorite player. I admire his mastery of the game, the way he makes it look effortless but also his humor and humbleness.

• 7) How do you help people stay motivated?

  I really like to set small goals and plan the journey. I have felt and seen, when we commit to goals and get small successes early, we always want to do more. There is no better feeling than achieving your goals.

• 8) What makes you a Superprof in sports?

  I like to listen to my students, understand their needs and deliver the expectations my students have.
