About Gabriel
I am working as a sports coach and pole dance, fitness and dance coach for 5 years. I am the winner of several Russian competitions. I have 17 years of dance experience and considerable experience in muscle training and stretching. Currently I am dedicated to aerial gymnastics, dance and sports training.

I will introduce you to Reggaeton (dance), via online. We will strengthen the muscles, we will expand the capacities of the body, we will increase your ability to control all the movements of your body. Classes will include a mandatory warm-up, various dance elements, and stretching at the end of the session.
