At first I was apprehensive about the idea of getting a online tutor to help me with my upcoming A level exams as I was concerned that I would not be comfortable and engaged during the sessions, especially over webcam. However Catherine’s style of being able to keep lessons/topics engaging and her chatty questioning creates an interactive lesson. She is clearly a pro when it comes to economics and financial concepts and adds insights from her City experience. I was able to witness this personally during my three-month volunteering placement in Ghana in 2017, during which Catherine was my appointed Team Leader. My role in Ghana was to provide a business consultancy service to a local company. Catherine made the success of the project possible with her excellent mentoring and easily-approachable manner. Catherine was also effective and efficient in teaching business- and economics-related concepts, which I continue to use during my Economics degree at the LSE.

Catherine was my program leader for a summer program which I mentored. She was very friendly and understanding with all our young people.
