I focus on building strong foundations in ballet through proper technique, posture, and flexibility. My classes follow structured progressions based on the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) and Russian Vaganova methods. I emphasize: Body Alignment & Posture – Ensuring students develop strength and control. Musicality & Artistry – Encouraging graceful movements with musical awareness. Progressive Training – Gradually increasing difficulty to match students’ growth. Personalized Guidance – Adapting lessons to each student’s strengths and challenges. Lesson Structure & Duration Young beginners (Ages 4-6): 30-45 minutes – Fun, interactive sessions focusing on basic coordination, rhythm, and confidence. Children & Teens (Ages 7-17): 60 minutes – Includes warm-ups, barre exercises, center work, and choreography. Adults & Advanced Students: 75-90 minutes – More technical and performance-focused, incorporating flexibility and strength training. Qualifications & Experience Professionally trained in RAD and Vaganova syllabi 8 years of teaching experience with students ranging from young children to adults Experience in preparing students for examinations, performances, and competitions Who My Classes Are For Beginners (Ages 4+) – Fun, engaging introduction to ballet. Exam & Pre-Professional Students – Focus on syllabus training and technique refinement. Adults (Beginner to Advanced) – Fitness, flexibility, and artistic expression through ballet. I aim to create a positive, disciplined, and encouraging environment where students grow in both skill and confidence while enjoying the beauty of ballet.
