My classes investigate: 1) phonetics, phonology, grammar and rhetoric, literature and socio-cultural history of the Italian language. 2) practice in formal and informal conversation. 3) writing standards. Naturally, the level of the classes is different for each student and will be identified by means of a previous "interview".

Conosco Umberto da tutta la vita e non ho mai conosciuto una persona cosi interessata alle materie umanistiche.
Lettura, scrittura e poesia sono state le sue più grandi attitudini fin da bambino e questo fa di lui una persona piena di passione. E la passione e l' amore per la propria materia sono le caratteristiche principali che un buon insegnante dovrebbe avere! Nessuno è più indicata di lui per l' insegnamento della lingua italiana.
