About Nathan
I studied jazz and classical saxophone at the Royal College of Music, graduating with a first class BMus(Hons) degree and distinction in a PGDip in performance back in 2005. These days I'm a professional saxophonist based in London, and as well as having a busy performing schedule, I am Professor of Saxophone at London College of Music and a Visiting Lecturer at the Royal College of Music.

I have been teaching professionally since 2002 and I try to be very flexible in my approach to teaching, looking to focus what the student enjoys working on the most. For example, I can teach saxophone using the traditional UK Grades system (ABRSM or Trinity College), but I am also very happy in working outside of these systems eg. improvisation, pop music, or people just wanting to learn for fun.

Please note I do not travel to pupil's homes to teach.
I require 48 hours notice for the cancellation of Face-to-Face (in person) lessons, and 24 hours notice for the cancellation of online lessons. If sufficient notice isn't provided then the full fee will be charged.
These cancellation charges can be waived if the lesson can be rearranged for a suitable time within the next 7 days from date of original lesson.
