About Soman
Started as an Artist/Graphic designer then switched over to Photography and Cinematography. Done several feature films in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi and English languages. Worked in a lot of documentary films as Cinematographer. 1989 to 2014 taught in FTII, Pune. At present teaching in K R Narayanan National Institute of Visual Science and Arts, Thekkumthala, Kottayam, Kerala.

Power points/lecture/discussion and practical. I have been teaching Post graduates and undergraduates. I have conducted classes in most of the film schools in India and a few schools in Europe. My methodology is based on the tried and tested LESS IS MORE originated in Scandinavia.
