Class is structured depending on the specific requirements/ goal, body conditioning and recovery ability. 3 days strength training, one day mobility, one day conditioning and 2 days recovery is suggested along with an active lifestyle to gain maximum benefit from the programmes. I believe everyone can improve their fitness, stamina, mobility and strength if they are consistently working out with proper guidance. I have been training young sports enthusiasts to 82 years old seniors, persons with partial paralysis since 2014.

Perfect! Kundan is an excellent coach. I had too much of resistance for strength training and he has really made it work for me in a fun loving way. Two months gone by and looking forward to many more training with him.

Highly disciplined and dedicated towards overall health and training. I have seen significant improvements as I started training with him since last year. He has designed my workout to improve my consistency, strength, stamina and power. Eating, breathing, recovering and thinking better thanks to the workout regimen designed by him. Now I can walk for 10- 11 km at a stretch without feeling tired or leg pain.
