About Lim
AI engineer who builds AI systems that businesses run on daily — WhatsApp chatbots handling live customer conversations, and a web application that marks exam papers automatically using OCR and AI evaluation.
Building those taught me something I now teach: the model is rarely the problem. The instruction is. When AI gives vague, generic or wrong answers, it's almost always because the prompt was a wish rather than a specification.
Most people using ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini at work are getting maybe 20% of what these tools can do. Not because they're not smart — because nobody taught them that prompting is a skill with actual technique behind it, and the internet is full of "10 magic prompts" listicles that teach nothing transferable.
I teach the real discipline: how to brief an AI the way you'd brief a capable new hire, how to get output in a format you can actually use, how to make results consistent instead of hit-and-miss, and how to catch the model being confidently wrong before it costs you something.
No coding required. If you can use WhatsApp and a browser, you can do this. Lessons in English and Bahasa Malaysia, evenings and weekends available.

What we cover
Prompts as specifications — task, context, constraints, examples, output format. Why this beats any list of magic phrases.
Showing instead of telling — using examples to get the tone, structure and standard you want, especially for writing in your own voice.
Structured output — getting clean tables, lists or fields you can drop straight into a spreadsheet or system, instead of reformatting by hand.
Working with your own documents — SOPs, contracts, product catalogs, past quotations. Getting answers grounded in your material rather than the model's imagination.
Consistency — making a prompt behave the same on the 200th run as the first. This is what separates a party trick from a work process.
Testing and improving — how to tell a prompt actually got better instead of guessing.
Failure modes — confident wrong answers, instruction drift, invented facts, quiet bias. What to check before you trust anything.
Judgment — which tasks are worth handing to AI, which absolutely aren't, and where the privacy lines are with customer or company data.
Reusable prompt library — you finish with a documented set of prompts for your recurring work, that colleagues can use too.
Format
Online via Google Meet with screen sharing [or in person around KL]. 1–2 hours per session, flexible around work. Most people see a real difference within 2–3 sessions; a full working prompt library usually takes 5–6. Team sessions available on request.

You show me how you currently use AI and where it disappoints you. We rebuild one prompt together properly, side by side, and you see the difference immediately. Then we plan which of your tasks to tackle next.
