About Mohid
My name is Mohid Khalil, I am a 2nd year student in UQ undertaking a Bachelor of Biomedical Science with a Provisional Entry for a Doctor of Medicine once I've finished my undergraduate degree. For my career, I am deeply interested in psychology, psychiatry, medicine, philosophy, politics and many things esoteric. I one day hope to be able to use the few gifts I have and be a psychiatrist, and help and mentor people through the difficulties of life. And likewise, I want to help students step through the difficulties of school and education, and make them flourish as the best people they can be. My ideal relationship with a student is one that grows to be one of genuine friendship, and my aim is to be proud of what my students have achieved, whether it be achievement over 5 sessions or 50. I guarantee my sessions will be a safe space with minimal judgment or condescension, but of mutual collaboration.
As for my hobbies and life outside of uni and this, I play a mean bass guitar and produce music.

1-2 hour lessons with a chill atmosphere. I will focus on strongly teaching the basic fundamentals of chemistry in a 1 on 1 manner, but I'm also good for questions and exam marking as well.
I am good to tutor any age group, but it should be noted that I may not be always be free enough time wise to give students in Year 12 the amount of lessons and attention that they may need. Thus, I would be best suited to teach students who are looking to learn the Unit 3/4 content ahead of actually starting their year 12 term.
For credentials, I was top of my chemistry class with a 98%, and got a 97.6 ATAR overall. I do love teaching chemistry, especially now that I'm in uni studying medicine, and so I hope I will be of service to any students that decide to have me as a tutor.
