About Laura
Hello, my name is Laura, I am 36 years old and I live in Torrevieja. I am a Reiki therapist, she applied Reiki to the massages that I offer at my home or to people who need this type of holistic healing.
I also teach face-to-face and online both therapeutic pilates and PRYT (Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy) which is a new holistic approach, through the physical body we heal the soul. I am a certified Pilates Instructor of the Spanish Federation of Fitness (300h) and Instructor of yoga accredits with a professional degree (590h)
I consider that my way of working is like a channel, a bridge between body and spirit. I wait for you in a 1-2-1 meeting! Only individual classes

An individual Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy session consists of practitioner-assisted yoga postures and a client-centered, open, non-directive dialogue process. The client is facilitated through an experience of himself in the present moment. And whatever is happening in the present moment, physically, emotionally, intellectually, and spiritually, finds richness in relation to the larger picture of how that client is in the world in daily life: work, play, family, and relationships.
