About Edgar
I am a psychologist and I have a Master in relaxation, meditation and Mindfulness from the University of Barcelona. Since 2012 I have practiced different types of meditation such as Yoga Kundalini, Zen, Mindfulness, Vedanta Advaita and Vipassana. I have given Mindfulness, self-knowledge and emotional intelligence sessions, courses and workshops in Yoga companies and schools in Spain and Mexico.

My method is called MABI: Meditation, Self-Knowledge and Inner Well-Being. It is divided into 3 levels, according to the client's experience and objectives: • Basic: skills such as posture, breathing, relaxation, self-observation, sensory awareness, conscious movement, among others, are trained. • Intermediate: Mindfulness techniques are taught to develop sensory awareness, emotional intelligence and mental stability. • Advanced: it is for those who want to develop to the maximum their level of self-knowledge and physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being.
