About Manya
I'm a psychologist and yoga practitioner who integrates both disciplines to support self-awareness, emotional regulation, and physical well-being. I’ve been practicing for over a year and have recently started offering sessions in my hometown.
I value evidence-based learning and stay updated with psychological and yogic research. My own daily yoga practice helps ground me. Outside of sessions, I enjoy time with animals, nature walks, and reading. I look forward to working with individuals who are committed to their inner and physical growth.

My classes are rooted in traditional Hatha Yoga, with a focus on breath, posture alignment, and mindful movement. We work on building awareness of the body in a safe, non-judgmental space. Yoga here is seen as a holistic discipline rather than just physical exercise.
The sessions blend structure and flexibility, and I welcome thoughtful questions that deepen the learning experience. These classes are for sincere practitioners who are open to learning and growth.
