About Megan
Hi! I'm Megan and I have a BSc (Hons) in Applied Psychology from Heriot-Watt University. Currently, I am studying for the PGDip Tertiary Education with Teaching Qualification (Further Education) - pre-service at the University of Stirling specialising in teaching Psychology. Additionally, I have achieved a Masters of Education (MEd) in Adult Education, Youth Work and Community Development from the University of Glasgow.
I have experience of volunteering with mental health youth charities including a year as a ChildLine counsellour and supporting Scalloway's youth centre mental health group in projects for a year in 2021.
I have experience of working in adult social work, and community adult learning supporting learners to achieve their core skills in numeracy, English, ICT and personal development.

I offer affordable online lessons (via video call) to any students wishing for tuition in Psychology at AS or A level - as well as modern studies and educational studies. Additionally, I am happy to support students with English writing skills around essays and exam answers and general study skills.
I thoroughly enjoy helping others to learn and to share my knowledge on a subject that I am passionate about.
I can be flexible with dates/times for lessons.
