About Rebecca
Hi, I'm Rebecca! I hold a B.S. in Psychology (summa cum laude) and have spent thousands of hours working one-on-one with people through teaching, tutoring, and student support. As a university Teaching Assistant and Student Advocate, I've worked with people from diverse cultural backgrounds, helping them build confidence and navigate new challenges.
I'm known for my warmth, deep listening, curiosity, and personalized approach. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, better understand yourself, and leave with greater clarity, confidence, and practical tools for growth.

My sessions are designed for thoughtful people who want to better understand themselves, feel less stuck, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Together, we'll explore your thoughts, emotions, patterns, relationships, values, and goals through open, personalized conversations. My role isn't to judge or tell you what to do, but to ask thoughtful questions, share psychology-based insights, and help you make sense of your experiences.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, lacking direction, struggling in relationships, or simply curious about yourself, our conversations can help you develop greater self-understanding, recognize recurring patterns, strengthen your emotional and interpersonal skills, and take meaningful steps toward becoming the person you know you're capable of being.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and have spent thousands of hours working one-on-one with people from many different cultures and backgrounds. These experiences have taught me how important it is to create a space where people feel genuinely heard, respected, and accepted.
Every session is adapted to you. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach because every person's story, strengths, and goals are unique.
If English is one of your goals, I'm also happy to support you in expressing yourself more confidently throughout our conversations.
