About Samruddhi
Hello! I am a Psychology graduate with a strong interest in mental well-being, personal growth, and helping students overcome everyday challenges. Having studied psychology and experienced the pressures of academics and career decisions myself, I understand how overwhelming stress, self-doubt, and uncertainty can feel.
My goal is to provide a supportive and non-judgmental space where students and young adults can openly discuss their concerns, gain clarity, and develop practical strategies for growth. I believe that everyone deserves to be heard and supported.
I am currently continuing my higher studies in psychology and am passionate about learning, self-development, and helping others build confidence and resilience.
