About Maleehah
I am currently a SEND support practitioner who assists students learning, including those with ADHD, Autism, & other learning needs.
I help my students in areas from GCSE Maths, English and BTEC Animal care daily.
I do this by explaining things differently & breaking it down step by step.
I have ADHD so know the difficulty first hand!
I also help with organisation, & planning timetables for revision
I graduated from University with a Psychology (international) degree, & can confidently assist with this (GCSE, A-level, or degree level) too!
I’m currently doing a counselling course and advocate for mental health. I have achieved a level 2&3 in counselling skills and currently studying a level 4!
The skills learnt through this helps me assist my students more effectively e.g. Active listening, understanding body language, conflict resolution, etc.
Here I’ve also learnt to learn through role-playing, conversational practice, & real-world scenarios.

As a neurodiverse learner myself, I am quite organised and do well with projects, presentations etc.
I believe everyone has the potential to achieve if they’re taught in a way they understand!
I deep dive into topics before lessons so I understand the best way to explain it, and personalise the way I teach to each student and their needs.
For example, I support students by breaking things down step by step in order for them to understand course content in a more manageable way. And if needed, colour coding them.
I also assist with exam practice and preparation, as well as organising schedules with them for effective study and revision timetables.
