About Gia
I am a 19-year-old student at Queen Mary University, in my second year of BSc Psychology. I loved school growing up but also had difficulties reaching out for help when needed. Either I was worried I sounded silly, or too afraid to make mistakes. I create a space which is professional and comfortable to make mistakes and to learn to the best of your ability. I tutored year 11 and 12 students at school, allowing one of my students to go from a grade 4 (D grade) to a 7 (A grade), in English literature and language. I personally also excelled in my education: GCSE psychology - 7, GCSE English - 8 and 9, A level psychology - A, A level English literature - A*. Lessons with me are enjoyable and interactive and I assure you no matter where you are at in your education right now, I can help you get to where you want to be!

My lessons are interactive, encouraging, and designed around each student’s needs and interests. I believe learning works best when students feel supported and motivated, so I take time to understand their goals and adjust my teaching style accordingly. I focus on breaking down complex topics into clear, manageable steps, using examples and practice questions to reinforce understanding. My goal is to help students gain confidence in their abilities and enjoy the learning process as much as possible.
