About Odona
Emotions are the artistic expression of our behavior, the expression of physical and mental state, according to the experiences you live during the day, with yourself and your environment, your mind directs you towards the thoughts that unconsciously lead you to make your own decisions and actions.
Behavior and your emotional states are learned through experiences from the moment you were born, and they influence how you plan your day to day, your life.
Get to know yourself to make the right decisions that will lead you to your personal growth and to live your Life Path with fullness and harmony.
During my sessions and training you will be transforming your physical and mental states and changing your perceptions; for your personal, professional, family, couple ... improvement, of the area that we work. I teach and guide you to discover new tools, strategies and capabilities that accompany you on your life path, for which you are responsible.
You will learn and experience that You Are, Your Essence.

I apply neuro-linguistic and Gestalt programming techniques, including meditation and mindfulness through two modes:
Group or individual sessions, during which, after consultation, a program is established to follow. Through this program I teach and guide you throughout the process so that you resolve the conflict, the difficulty that prevents you from achieving your goals or the trauma that you need to understand and deal with.
Training in personal development and meditation for all levels, from the initial level about the bases of self-knowledge and consciousness to higher levels of transcendence and self-realization.
Through the theoretical explanations of the development of the Being and the theoretical and practical exercises, the individual and group activities, meditations and mindfulness that I include in the classes, you learn about yourself, your potentialities and how to improve your life and of those around you.
