Feeling stuck in life? Unclear on what you really want or how to get it? My coaching sessions are designed to help you discover your true wants and needs, to create a clear plan, and to take concrete action towards a fulfilling life. I use coaching frameworks like GROW and the Wheel of Life, and evidence-based tools from psychotherapy (e.g., the Catalytic Toolkit) to help you achieve clarity, direction and forward momentum. Sessions are highly personalised. Everything will be driven by the answers you give to the questions I ask. Expect deep questioning, practical exercises, and structured action steps to move you forward. Who is this for? People feeling stuck, lost, or uncertain about their direction in life, professionals looking for career clarity or a big life change, and anyone who wants to connect with their authentic self and take control of their future.
