I can retrain your mind to create new positive neural pathways and establish a proper balance between the amygdala (emotional control centre) and pre-frontal cortex (rational thinking). This is key to a better and healthier mind balance which in turn will negate a lot of negativity/overthinking/ and many more problematic areas of your mind.

It needs to be you who wants to change negativity, whilst I will ably assist if you do not give it 100% then it will not work.
£20 an hour- compared to other qualified mental health counsellors. I want to give back to society so this is my fundamental ethos, rather than cash being the main reason.
