About Tobi
Many of the issues explored in public health and health research courses challenge some expectations, stereotypes and beliefs of students. As a tutor, I am committed to creating a learning environment that fosters dialogue and ensures that individual and/or diverse opinions are respected. I aim to facilitate the learning process by inspiring confidence and positively shaping my student's personal learning journey, using real-life examples, with the aim of transferring employable skills.

I am a qualified public health nutritionist and a second year PhD student of Public Health, currently employed as a tutor by the School of Public Health at UQ. My lessons are for prospective and current medicine or general health students who are taking courses in public health, health research, nutrition, epidemiology, biostatistics etc.
