PURE ENERGY is the innovative fitness concept of Chris Alt, with which she accompanies people on their way to their top form.
"As a licensed fitness and personal trainer, I'm fascinated by how people can control and influence their look and well-being on their own, why do some people feel limp and lacking energy while others exude strength, vitality and energy?
It's easier than you think - and you can get fit in a short period of time.The most important thing about sports engagement is that you start it and then keep it permanently.
That is precisely why I developed the PURE ENERGY concept. I wanted to come myself in top form and let other people benefit from my experience. In our genes, the information is stored to be fit, healthy, muscular, toned and slim. I'll show you how you can shake them awake!"

As a fitness and personal trainer, I accompany, train and motivate people individually on their way to their top form.
I combine scientifically sound movement methods, current fitness trends (HIIT, TABATA, Functional Training, Cross Training, etc.) and modern nutritional teaching to a contemporary movement concept.
A program that I use flexibly and individually in my numerous group and individual trainings, outdoor boot camps and fitness trips. As an A-license trainer, I also train fitness trainers.

In keeping with your type, I model a tailor-made PURE ENERGY fitness concept: simple, effective and individual!
EASY:
I'll show you how to train from any place without complications - without intensive preparation and purchase of expensive fitness equipment. And that with a fun factor!
EFFECTIVE:
In on-site and / or live video training sessions, I'll give you direct instructions and important feedback for a clean and effective execution. So we get the maximum out of each exercise.
INDIVIDUAL:
Depending on your body type and your life situation, you will receive a specially designed training plan. Paired with my expertise and experience as a certified fitness and athletic trainer, I combine the modules that are right for you into an individual PURE ENERGY package.
