Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to help them improve and Acknowledging their efforts and offer guidance for growth.
Engagement: Create an engaging and interactive learning environment. Use various teaching techniques to keep students involved.

I started my career connecting Korean adults helping them in their English spoken skills.
