About Andrada
Romanian at origin but I have lived in the UK for the past six years. I love traveling and bing in nature. I have a deep dedication towards yoga and I apply it to everything in life, for me this ancient practice goes beyond the scope of physical movement and has helped me to see life in a hole new way.
Through yoga I learned to take a step back and to allow myself to surrender, not constantly trying to fight agains, but to accept what I was feeling. That was one of the first things that enabled me to dive deeper into that darker side of me, that previously was only trying to ignore.

I have been practicing yoga for 2 years now, only recently I got my qualification. My desire is to share with others the benefits I have gained through my practice.
Yin yoga is for anybody that is getting started, or have been practicing for years, this type of flow is gentle where poses are done mostly on the floor and are held for longer. The length of a class can vary between 15 to 45 minutes.
Yin Yoga stimulates the deeper tissue like fascia, ligaments, tendons, the inner layer of the skin and is meant to cause energetic benefits throughout the body and can help to improve tissue elasticity along with joint mobility.
