About Nompumelelo
The reasons of being intrested in teaching, I love learning and being in a learning environment teaching is a job with lot of variety, teaching is a way of serving my community. So many children need love,reassurance and attention,and I strive to be that person that builds them up when no one else ever has. I want to not only tell,but show my students that with commitment and hard work,they are capable of everything and can be anything that they want to be.I hope to create safe place for the children in my classroom,where team work and empathy are rewarded just asenthusiastically as a good test score.Through love and understanding, I believe that I can help students achieve their highest potential.

I will make them see it as part of their daily life, I will try as hard as I can to find a way to relate the subject to their daily lives. It will make it much more likely for them to be invested in what I am explaining.If the subject is literature,I will try to show what they can learn from the characteristics behavior that they can apply to their own lives.
Make it fun , Yes sometimes some subjects are just not fun.I am well aware of it,but I still have to teach thus "boring " subject to them. I can try to create some kind of competition,or games that can help them to learn or maybe even use songs or videos .Sometimes,even a funny cartoon can be what I need to make them have a laugh and never forget the subject
I will let them participate in the whole process.If I want to see my students really engaged about something I will let them participate,and not only after I distribute the task but from the very beginning.I will ask them for input on the subject that will be presented,which resources will be used and how they will be evaluated and talking of resources.
