Methodology
1) We would go topic wise as per the syllabus.
2) A brief overview of the topic/ section/ act would be given and concepts would be explained using charts wherever possible.
3) Post that we would refer the notes that you have, if any, and discuss further.
4) At the end of the lecture a 5-10 mins revision, a quick recap of yhe entire session, if the student needs.
5) My class would be relevant for Degree College students as well as CA, CS and CMA students having Law as a subject.
6) Being an experienced teacher, I have notes for majority of Business Laws. That would also be provide on request.
