About Hunsah
I am a proud resident of London - that magnificent, chaotic, never-quite-what-you-expect city that somehow never fails to surprise you. When I am not attempting to survive the London Underground, you will find me buried in a book, painting, creating digital art, or completely lost in whatever season I am currently bingeing on Netflix!
Teaching, for me, is not just a profession - it is a calling. There is absolutely nothing in the world that compares to that moment when a student's eyes light up and everything suddenly clicks. That spark of understanding, that quiet confidence beginning to grow - it is why I do what I do, and no lesson goes by where I do not feel grateful to witness it.
I believe every student has the potential to love English, they just need the right person to show them how. My goal is not simply to improve grades it is to inspire a genuine appreciation for language and literature that stays with students long after the exam is over.

My lessons are engaging, structured and designed to make English as accessible as possible. I break down complex ideas using real-life examples and everyday connections, so students genuinely understand the material rather than just memorising it. No two students are the same, so I tailor every lesson to the individual - whether that means building core skills, tackling exam technique, or exploring challenging literary texts.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics and Literature and a Master's degree in English Literature, and bring over 4 years of teaching experience as a qualified teacher and English Department Supervisor. This gives me a deep understanding of the curriculum and exactly what is needed to succeed at every level.
My lessons are typically 1 to 2 hours long and are suitable for students at KS3, KS4, A Level and University level, covering both English Language and Literature across all major exam boards.
