I'm a passionate and committed teacher; dedicated to inspiring and instilling a lifelong love of learning in my students.
I enjoy getting to know my students and helping them succeed in their learning. You will find me firm but fair, and willing to create highly interactive, creative, and memorable lessons for you to enjoy.
My first love is literature so you will find me engrossed in a good book when I am not teaching - and I am always looking for training opportunities to help build my own skills; after all, learning doesn't stop when you leave school!

I have an immersive and interactive approach to lessons. I believe that students gain from active involvement in their education and build this in to my sessions. I teach fun, innovative, and challenging lessons that nurture curiosity and confidence. I teach 30 minute to 1 hour sessions that can be adapted according to your needs.
I have 5 years teaching experience in the UK, and in Asia, working full time as a qualified teacher with QTS. (Qualified Teacher Status) I teach KS3, KS4, and KS5 (11-18 age range) and have excellent success rates at iGCSE. Primarily an English literature teacher, I can teach to multiple exam boards and have additional experience with drama, film studies, and media studies at AS/A Level.
ESL and grammar sessions can be built in to support English Language learning, too.
