As a qualified English teacher with over 7 years’ experience in state, grammar, and private schools, I tailor each lesson to suit the student’s needs, learning style, and goals. I focus on building confidence, critical thinking, and strong exam skills through clear explanation, active discussion, and targeted practice. I use a mix of model responses, interactive tasks, and exam-style questions to make lessons engaging and effective. Lessons are typically 60 minutes long, but can be adapted to suit the student. I teach students aged 11–18, covering KS3, GCSE, and A Level English Language and Literature across all major exam boards (AQA, Edexcel, OCR). Whether a student is struggling with the basics or aiming for top grades, I provide structured, supportive, and motivating tuition to help them succeed.
