Has excellent subject knowledge and a relationship with pupils that is both positive and productive. He also creates a friendly business like environment and has a creative interpretation of schemes of work and the National Curriculum.

Skillful targeted questioning elicited information from the students. The students were enthusiastic and clearly enjoyed the lesson. Joseph had an excellent rapport with the students and kept a high energy level. A very well structured and interesting lesson where students were challenged and engaged, clearly working towards the examination, and developing high level analytical and evaluative skills through a learning dialogue in the classroom.

Joseph is able to establish productive working relationships with a wide range of people. He relates very well with children and is able to control, motivate and encourage them.
