About Stephane
I’m a support worker by day, working closely with adults from complex backgrounds, and football has been part of my life for years through semi-professional teams. That combination has taught me how to motivate people, read what they need, and stay patient when progress feels slow. I’m currently training with a local club and know first-hand what it takes to build fitness and confidence from the ground up. I want to teach because I genuinely enjoy helping people get stronger, move better, and hit goals they weren’t sure they could reach — whether that’s for football or general fitness.

My approach blends a Level 2 qualification in Health and Fitness with real experience playing semi-professional football, so I understand what your body actually needs to perform. Whether you want football-specific conditioning, agility work, or general strength training, I’ll build a personalised programme around your goals, current fitness level and any time constraints. I focus on proper technique and steady progress rather than quick fixes, and I’m happy to adapt sessions for beginners or more advanced players. Sessions can be tailored around gym work, outdoor conditioning, or match-specific drills depending on what you’re training for
